Customer Cancellation Policy

Rental inventory is based on a first come first serve basis.

• Cancel 30+ days before your event date: 100% refund.
• Cancel 7-30 days before your event date: Bounce4kids party rental will keep issue a Rain check for a 100%. (store credits expire 1 year from issue date)
• Cancel 7 days prior to your event: No refund.

Bounce4Kids Party Rental reserves the right to cancel any scheduled event for safety concerns including but not limited to adverse environment or weather conditions such as rain, hail, winds, etc . . .

Bounce4Kids Party Rental reserves the right to refuse setup if the area is deemed by Bounce4Kids Party Rental or its Designees to be inappropriate, unsafe, or is too close of proximity for a hazard to occur.
